Terms of Service

1. Service Description

AI4DataLeaders (the "Service") is a membership-based advisory platform operated by Magic Industries, s.r.o. (the "Provider"). The Service offers two distinct membership tiers:

  1. AI4DataLeaders Intelligence Hub — A digital knowledge platform providing curated intelligence, frameworks, and resources for data and AI governance at the board level.
  2. AI4DataLeaders Leaders' Club — An invitation-only executive peer group combining the Intelligence Hub with live boardroom sessions, private advisory, and direct access to expert networks.

Both tiers are designed for senior executives (CEOs, CFOs, CDOs, board members) seeking to govern AI and data investments with measurable business outcomes.

3. Membership Tiers and Pricing

3.1 Intelligence Hub

  • Annual membership fee: €2,000 per year
  • Access to the digital intelligence platform, curated content, and governance frameworks
  • Open to qualified professionals upon registration

3.2 Leaders' Club

  • Annual membership fee: €6,000 per year
  • Includes full Intelligence Hub access plus live sessions, peer advisory, and exclusive events
  • Invitation-only: Membership is subject to review and acceptance by the Provider

All prices are quoted in euros (EUR) and are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. The Provider is not currently VAT registered; should this change, applicable VAT will be added and communicated in advance.

4. Payment Terms

  1. All memberships are billed annually at the start of each membership period.
  2. Payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
  3. Invoices are issued electronically and payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date.
  4. The Provider reserves the right to suspend access to the Service if payment remains outstanding beyond the 30-day payment term.
  5. Membership fees may be adjusted for subsequent renewal periods. Any fee changes will be communicated at least 60 days before the renewal date.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  1. Members may cancel their membership at any time by contacting the Provider at info@ai4dataleaders.com.
  2. If cancellation is requested within the first 30 days of the membership period, the member is entitled to a pro-rata refund of the unused portion of the annual fee.
  3. Cancellations after the first 30 days of the membership period will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refund will be issued for the remaining period.
  4. The Provider may terminate a membership at any time for breach of these Terms, in which case no refund will be issued.

6. Data Protection

  1. The Provider acts as the data controller for personal data collected through the Service, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR").
  2. Personal data is collected and processed for the purposes of providing the Service, managing memberships, processing payments, and communicating with members.
  3. The legal basis for processing includes performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), and consent where applicable (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
  4. Members have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, and port their personal data, as well as the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
  5. Data is stored on servers within the European Economic Area. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with GDPR requirements.

7. Amendment of Terms

In accordance with Section 1752 of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Czech Civil Code (občanský zákoník), the parties agree as follows:

  1. The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service to reflect changes in legislation, regulatory requirements, market conditions, the scope or nature of the Service, or business practices.
  2. Amendments may concern any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to: pricing and payment terms, scope of services, cancellation and refund policies, data protection practices, and liability provisions.
  3. The Provider will notify members of any proposed amendments by email to the address associated with their membership account at least 30 days before the amendments take effect. The notification will include the full text of the amended Terms and the effective date.
  4. If a member does not agree with the proposed amendments, the member has the right to reject the amendments and terminate the membership agreement by written notice sent to the Provider before the effective date of the changes. In such case, the membership will terminate on the date the amendments would have taken effect, and the member will be entitled to a pro-rata refund of prepaid fees for the unused portion of the membership period.
  5. If the member does not reject the amendments before their effective date, the amended Terms will be deemed accepted and will become binding.

8. Intellectual Property

  1. All content provided through the Service — including but not limited to reports, frameworks, presentations, recordings, and written materials — is the intellectual property of the Provider or its licensors.
  2. Membership grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for the member's own internal business purposes during the active membership period.
  3. Members may not reproduce, distribute, sublicence, publicly display, or create derivative works from the content without prior written consent from the Provider.
  4. All trademarks, logos, and brand elements associated with AI4DataLeaders remain the exclusive property of the Provider.

9. Limitation of Liability

  1. The Service provides information and advisory content for general business guidance. It does not constitute legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. Members should seek independent professional counsel for specific decisions.
  2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider's total aggregate liability under these Terms shall not exceed the membership fees paid by the member during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
  3. The Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profit, data, or business opportunity, arising from the use of or inability to use the Service.
  4. The Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Service and shall not be liable for temporary disruptions due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic.
  2. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic, with jurisdiction in Prague.
  3. Before initiating court proceedings, the parties agree to attempt to resolve any disputes amicably through direct negotiation.
